Founded in 2002, the Company has been deeply engaged in the clean energy sector for over two decades, with core business encompassing two major segments of urban gas and smart energy.

The Company’s member enterprises are distributed across 15 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities including Henan, Shandong, Hebei, Beijing, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Zhejiang. Its smart energy business has expanded into Southeast Asian markets such as Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand, forming a presence rooted in China while reaching out to overseas markets.

To date, the Group holds 74 gas franchise projects across 11 provinces and autonomous regions, operates 73,347 kilometres of gas pipelines and provides stable gas supply services to 5.47 million residential households and 36,800 industrial and commercial customers. In 2025, the company completed the layout of the entire zero-carbon business industrial chain, covering equipment research, development and manufacturing, project investment and operation, and biomass fuel supply. The Company supplies 3.2 billion cubic metres of natural gas and approximately 30 billion kilowatt-hours of clean and renewable energy annually, achieving cumulative carbon dioxide emission reductions of over 25 million tonnes and supporting regional green and low-carbon transition through solid actions and tangible results.
